September marks the halfway point in our PRVN “Swole” Cycle. And man! Our glutes and abs are feeling it!

August is here and blazing! Yeehaw! We’re wrapping our 8-week programming up this and next week with a few 1-rep maxes – clean & jerk, front squat, and back squat; a 3-rep max – push press and deadlift; a 10-rep front squat and reverse lunge.

July is heating up and not a moment too soon. Seems as if Mother Nature got the memo down to the date!

Another month, another Murph. We made it! And what an amazing time getting there. June brings a lot of change. Our schedules are shifting. Folks are vacationing and traveling. And our programming has changed. We are following the PRVN programming for the summer. And with it are some awesome bonus features.

May is upon us and with it, warmer temps and drying winds. Pay close attention to your water intake as we approach the summer months. A good measurement is an ounce of water per degree temperature Fahrenheit.

They say that “April showers bring May flowers”, but I’m pretty sure we got all April’s rain in March. So plan on enjoying some of the Super Bloom this April.
